Covid-19 Policy

 

Whilst we adjust to the new normal, we want to assure our guests that we are constantly updating the measurements in place to ensure the safety of our guests and all staff members. As ever we are committed to maintaining the high standard of service, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality you have come to expect from us.

We are committed to review and update our protocols in line with UK government guidelines as and when they change. Should you have any questions regarding our hygiene or safety policies, we are always available to you.

Below are some of the policies we have introduced to keep you and our team members safe.

 

All areas of the hotel are cleaned to the highest standard at an increased frequency

High-Risk areas throughout the hotel, such as door handles, light switches, high contact furniture,
are cleaned more often and with greater detail

Increased time allowed so that housekeeping can achieve a deeper level of cleaning

Hand sanitiser is available in all public areas of the hotel

Windows & doors open as much as possible to increase air flow in public areas

Relevant PPE  issued to staff and instructions given regarding usage

Communication channels in place for staff who require further guidance

Strict social distancing rules are in place throughout the hotel

Protective screens placed at reception and at the bar where necessary

Room key cards thoroughly sanitised before re-use

 

We have also been granted the “We’re Good to Go Industry Standard” status, which means we are doing everything required
to run a safe and responsible business during these uncertain Covid times.

Regardless of the changes we have made to the way we deliver our service, we are happy to be able to open our doors
